Yesterday, POFIC FC players and coaches gathered for an intense and informative workshop focused on Zig and Zag Drills. The session aimed to enhance team agility, speed, and decision-making on the pitch.

Workshop Objectives

1. Improve player agility and reaction time
2. Enhance team coordination and communication
3. Develop strategic thinking and decision-making

Drill Breakdown

The workshop consisted of six stations, each featuring a unique Zig and Zag Drill:

1. Zig-Zag Running: Players navigated a zig-zag course, focusing on quick changes of direction.

2. Cones and Flags: Players weaved through cones and flags, practicing agility and speed.

3. Shuttle Runs: Players performed shuttle runs, emphasizing rapid acceleration and deceleration.

4. Box Drills: Players executed box drills, focusing on reaction time and decision-making.

5. Partner Zig-Zag: Players paired up, performing zig-zag movements while maintaining possession.

6. Game Situation Zig-Zag: Players applied zig-zag principles in game-like scenarios.
